Reykjavik Walking Food Tour
On this 3-4 hour long tour, we will see some of Reykjavík‘s most beautiful sights, experience several local restaurants, food trucks and shops.
We will get to taste the herb and grass fed free roaming Icelandic lamb. We will enjoy the homemade ice cream made from a secret family recipe, sample the best Icelandic cheese of the season, taste Skyr, the traditional Icelandic dairy product and sample another local specialty known as "authentic seafood soup."
No walking food tour is complete without a stop at the famous Icelandic hot dog stand to order what the local's do; The famous "Everything on it" hot dog.
We will visit a variety of casual, fine dining and cozy family run businesses. Some of the places we visit are well-known "must visit" restaurants, while others are local "secret" hangouts. During this tour, we will focus on the most delicious Icelandic cuisines.
All tours are with small groups which will ensure a more personal and local experience.
