The course will take place in the kitchen where you, helped by the cook and her staff, will learn the secrets of authentic Tuscan cooking while preparing a typical Italian meal. While creating your meal, sampling their personal wine is a must! You will prepare a dishes such as: Gnocchi with Pomarola (authentic tomato sauce), Penne with ragù sauce, Tuscan stew and Cake of the Castle.
